Since the creation of Projects4Change in 2018, our charity is continuously adapting and evolving to
meet the needs of the communities we are working with and within.

Peer-led consultations within specific communities give the young people a voice and allow us to use this
important feedback to develop our future projects to deliver support and services which will really help
the young people and their community to strengthen and grow.

We truly believe in the value of grass roots projects. Developing programmes and projects based
around the people who need it most – giving them a voice and empowering them to work
towards a positive future for themselves, their peers and their communities.
